Periodic Review for Correction and Prevention

KJV not only sets up its next year goals by using SWOT analysis, but also reviews them quarterly. They can be discussed to adjust the goals if necessary. To achieve the goals, the company needs to work closely with each department. So, the goals will be announced and discussed in the company meetings. Departments should use statistics analysis to evaluate the possible risks that may affect to achieve the goals. Moreover, departments should provide strategies to treat the risks and residual risks.
